Every Other DayEvery Other Day by Jennifer Lynn Barnes
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Everything about this book was wicket.

I couldn’t put it down, and to tell the truth I want to read it again, and again, and you guessed it again.

It was a nice change from the normal YA novels, it was dark, grimy and had that twist that made you want to scream and cry.

I really liked Kali. I especially liked how kickass she was, even when she wasn't all super human, /[Show] crushing hellhounds with her razor sharp claws, I mean finger nails.

What got me was how the friendships developed, and how she struggled with letting these new "friends" in. It felt real, her inner struggle felt real.
I also liked how she fell for the voice in her head instead of the carbon copy hot, cool, stereotypical YA guy. Note: The voice in her head, is a real person. She isn't crazy, well depending on your def. of crazy that is. :P/

If you’re looking for something different, fast pace and exciting, that will have you giving the finger to anyone who interrupts your reading, then please read this marvellous novel, that will leave you wanting more.

Note to the Author: I really, really what there to be another book! PLEASE Jennifer Lynn Barnes, write a sequel,PLEASE!!!!!!!! Puppy/Kitten/Everything that is cute, eyes! You're amazing, and you'll be Awesmoely Wicket if you write another book full of Kali and her wicketness.. XD

Cheers!

Emily
